Cliff Diving
Cliff Diving, also known as High Diving, is a natural offspring of Diving. Goal is to perform a set of dives, consisting of making somersaults and twists in various orientations, performed from heights over 20 meters. Divers land feet first in the water because of the impact. Cliff Diving originated on Hawaii in the 18th century, and first international competitions were held in the 1990's. The World High Diving Federation was founde din 1996.
